WHAT IS IT?

Botulinum toxin injections with Botox, Dysport or Xeomin – Fillers are preparations based on hyaluronic acid (a polysaccharide that is produced in the body), which are completely identical to our tissues. The gel fills the volume of tissues and, as it were, “lifts” them. The preparations not only correct the volume, but also moisturize the skin.
Modern fillers with hyaluronic acid in their characteristics are close to stable implants: they reliably hold their shape, do not change their location after injection and retain excellent results for a long time. And the high plasticity of the preparations guarantees naturalness and excludes the possibility of tactile sensation. One of the most common methods of non-surgical skin rejuvenation and getting rid of wrinkles in modern cosmetology. After injections of the drug, the impulse from the nerve endings to the muscles is blocked, as a result of which the muscle becomes immobile, but, as before, it continues to be supplied with blood and all the necessary substances. As a result, deep and fine wrinkles are smoothed out.

HOW DOES THE PROCEDURE GO?

The hyaluronic acid preparation is injected into the places of occurrence of wrinkles or lost volume, evens out the skin and allows you to erase the marks of age. The drug remains in the skin for up to one and a half years, and after this period is completely removed from the skin (breaks down into molecules and excreted from the body).
The procedure is practically painless, but local anesthetics can be used in particularly sensitive areas.

PREPARATION FOR THE PROCEDURE

Refrain from drinking alcohol 3 days before the procedure;
For 3 days, exclude the intake of anticoagulants (aspirin, heparin, etc.);

REHABILITATION PERIOD

During the day after the procedure, it is necessary to limit physical activity.
It is advisable to sleep on your back for the first day.
For several weeks, you should refuse to visit the solarium, sauna.
Use cosmetics with a high degree of UV protection.
